SIRITECH SOLUTIONS CORP is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead integrations within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud, expertise in Oracle APIs, and experience with Microsoft Azure and Informatica.

This long-term remote role involves design, development, and management of complex integration solutions while ensuring compliance with data security and privacy standards.

Strong coding skills in Python, NodeJS, .NET/C#, and SQL are essential, along with significant experience in HR digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and integration capabilities.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HDL.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP Web Services, and Middleware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design integration solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM using Oracle APIs.
• Develop secure and scalable integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications.
• Utilize Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HDL for data transformations.
