A leading technology consultancy in the United States is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Integration specialist to lead integration discussions, build and manage integrations for the Oracle HCM Benefits module, and coordinate between stakeholders. This contract role impacts approximately 10,000 users and is expected to last until early 2026. Strong experience in Oracle HCM integrations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration discussions with vendors for HCM implementations (e.g., Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, UKG).
• Build integrations for the Benefits module of Oracle HCM (approximately 15 integrations).
• Coordinate meetings between all stakeholders to ensure timely integration build, test, and go-live; support data conversion discussions as needed.
• Act as liaison between the implementation partner and vendors to complete and test integrations.
• Engage with integration analysts from 3rd party vendors to gather specs and provide clarifications.
• Support UAT and data conversion; respond to tickets from regions live on Oracle HCM.
• Create and maintain loaders (HDLs) and manage custom roles and workflows.
• Maintain an active tracker and provide status updates to the Program Manager; demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Senior Oracle HCM Fusion integration experience; has managed and built Oracle HCM Fusion integrations; data management and conversion support.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Benefits module integrations (approx. 15 integrations).
• Outbound integrations from Oracle to vendors/carriers (e.g., eligibility files such as 834; potential custom feeds).
• Comfortable talking with integration analysts from various vendors and acting as a liaison between the SI and vendors to complete and test integrations.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with implementation partners to ensure developed products meet requirements.

Project Details

This project will likely conclude at the end of 2025 but could last until February 2026. It will impact approximately 10,000 users. Current working hours typically from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm MT.
