This remote-first role emphasizes executive advisory, business development, and strategy. Expect travel up to 25%. Base compensation ranges USD 160,000–185,000 with a bonus up to 20% and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience including solution architecture and transformational advisory responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with presales, discovery, and client advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Executive Advisory & Transformation Leadership: serve as trusted advisor to executives and guide transformation initiatives.
• Enterprise Architecture & Multi-Workstream Leadership: provide architectural leadership across programs and ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development: develop roadmaps and align with product innovations and best practices.
• Presales & Business Growth Leadership: lead strategic presales engagements and define scope, estimates, and value.
• Practice Leadership & Mentorship: mentor delivery teams and promote standards and reusable assets.
