Job summary

ArcLight Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to guide Oracle HCM Cloud transformations for large clients. You will bridge executive vision with delivery, define future-state operating models, and partner with executives to maximize ROI.

You will lead multiple workstreams, mentor architects, and drive business development through strategic advisory and presales efforts.

Qualifications

8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience and transformational advisory responsibilities.
Deep expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules and end-to-end HCM processes.
Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Experience engaging executive stakeholders and facilitating strategic business discussions.
Experience defining future-state operating models, implementation strategies, and roadmaps.
Strong presales, discovery, and client advisory experience.
Ability to lead multiple workstreams and influence decisions.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across transformation initiatives.
Provide architectural leadership across multi-workstream Oracle HCM Cloud programs.
Develop implementation roadmaps and operating models aligned with client objectives.
Lead strategic presales engagements and client strategy sessions.
Mentor Solution Architects and delivery teams.
