ArcLight Consulting is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to guide Core HR and Compensation implementations for US/Canada clients. You’ll work with a diverse team to deliver Oracle solutions that align with client goals and transformation initiatives.

The role combines hands-on configuration, testing, and client communication to translate business requirements into effective configurations. It is remote-first with up to 25% travel, offering strong compensation and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR and Compensation
• Experience with security, approval workflows, reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Ability to document requirements, design functional strategies, and facilitate testing for integration

Responsibilities

• Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on Core HR and Compensation business processes
• Hands-on configuration across Core HR and Compensation
• Research, design, and execution of the Oracle application through testing and implementation
• Client-facing communications, including articulating business strategy and requirements in layman’s terms
• Working autonomously and collaborating with project teams
• Develop work plan and deliver in line with Core HR and Compensation Implementation Roadmap and Methodology
• Lead groups in business process reengineering & ArcLight best practices
• Provide inputs to the Project Manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan and buy-in from key client stakeholders
• Lead business process prototype workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
• Support the implementation of the technical and functional work stream
• Responsible for successful testing including User Acceptance Testing
