Job summary

ArcLight Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of cloud implementations. Translate business needs into scalable HCM solutions and guide configuration strategy, workshops, and end-to-end delivery.

You will mentor consultants, manage stakeholders, and collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and go-live readiness. Remote-first role for US-based clients with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience across modules.
• Lead functional design, configuration, and testing for large-scale HCM.
• Strong understanding of broad HR business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and gather requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Experience with global/multi-country deployments.
• Mentoring junior consultants or leading teams.
• Experience executing implementation strategy, prototyping, testing, training, and rollout.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution architecture for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, discovery workshops, and design sessions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Develop designs aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Serve as escalation point for design questions and decisions.
• Assess module impacts and ensure end-to-end cohesion.
• Partner with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and data conversion.
• Lead functional workstreams through the implementation lifecycle.
• Guide consultants through design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct walkthroughs, reviews, and stakeholder decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs to manage risks and dependencies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and designs.
