Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an organized IT Project Manager to support HR Technology initiatives, coordinating multiple squads across Oracle HCM Cloud, payroll, benefits, and learning systems.

You will drive project plans, governance, and SDLC adherence, collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, Vendors, and Business Stakeholders to ensure timely, value-driven delivery in a collaborative, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HR technology projects and initiatives across delivery squads.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Track project health, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with business priorities.
• Facilitate governance, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Support Agile delivery practices and organize sprint planning and reviews.
• Coordinate product owner and technical lead collaboration for user stories.
• Administer and maintain JIRA boards, dashboards, and reporting.
