Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Director for Oracle Fusion Project & Portfolio Management to lead the PPM configuration and integration with Fixed Assets and EPM Project Financials Planning. You will drive design, setup, and optimization of project costing, billing, contracts, control, management, and resources, interfacing with FP&A and Finance teams.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Project Financial Management, SLA, OTBI, and BI Publisher, with strong stakeholder management and autonomous work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle ERP systems, 3-5 years with Oracle Fusion PPM.
• Proven SME on at least one full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementation.
• Hands-on configuration expertise across Oracle Fusion PPM (Project Financials and Execution).
• Strong understanding of project accounting: revenue recognition, capitalization (CIP), cross-charge, overhead allocations.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead functional architect and configurator for Oracle Cloud PPM modules (Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Control, Management, Resource Management).
• Translate business requirements into scalable FSM configurations; design project/task hierarchies and cost structures.
• Set up financial planning for projects in EPM: approvals, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling.
• Configure Capital Projects rules, asset generation, depreciation methods, and Fixed Assets setup.
