Asplundh is seeking a Payroll & Time & Labor Solution Lead to advance Oracle Fusion Payroll and Time & Labor capabilities within HR Technology. The role connects Payroll Operations, HR Shared Services, Finance, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

The Senior Analyst–level position focuses on configuration, testing, release management, reporting, and continuous improvement with hybrid work location.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive experience in HR technology, payroll systems, HRIS, payroll operations, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience supporting an enterprise payroll or timekeeping platform.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, time entry, approvals, overtime, shift differentials, premium pay, and related workforce-management processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional system solutions.
• Experience planning and executing testing (system, integration, regression, UAT).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead functional analysis, testing, and validation for payroll and time and labor changes.
• Provide hands-on functional support for configuration, maintenance, optimization, and operation of Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Gather business requirements with stakeholders and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with Payroll Operations and other stakeholders.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, security, and compliance in payroll data.
• Develop functional design documents, process flows, and test materials.
