Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a senior Payroll & Time and Labor Solution Lead to optimize Oracle Fusion Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor within HR Technology. You will drive requirements, design, testing, and deployment, partnering with Payroll Operations, HR Shared Services, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure compliant, accurate payroll and effective workforce management.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR technology, payroll systems, HRIS, or workforce management tech.
• Hands-on experience supporting an enterprise payroll or timekeeping platform.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system solutions.
• Experience planning and executing system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional analysis, testing, and validation for payroll and timekeeping changes.
• Support configuration, maintenance, and ongoing operation of Oracle Fusion Payroll and Time and Labor.
• Collaborate with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop functional requirements, process flows, business rules, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate release planning, change management, training, and user acceptance testing.
