Job summary

Trident Consulting is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for a remote, 15+ month contract focused on Oracle Fusion ERP and M&A programs. You will lead multiple ERP migrations, coordinate PMs, and ensure milestones and dependencies are aligned across streams.

The role requires strong leadership, roadmap execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with emphasis on non-hands-on management of functional/technical work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Technical Program Manager or similar with engineering teams.
• Experience delivering ERP migrations, notably Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Experience with M&A integrations and acquisition programs.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery projects.
• Experience coordinating SIs/contractors against SOWs.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion accounting model.
• Knowledge of multi-entity and multi-currency ERP environments.
• Strong dependency, risk, issue, milestone and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3+ concurrent ERP migrations across engineering teams.
• Maintain integrated plans, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Manage contention for shared engineering resources, environments, and testing windows.
• Track bottlenecks and blockers daily and drive resolution.
• Escalate issues with clear decisions and resource requirements.
• Hold business stakeholders accountable for timelines, staffing, validation, and UAT commitments.
• Track open design and configuration decisions and escalate when impacting timelines.
• Coordinate dependencies across projects to avoid conflicts between migrations.
• Oversee third-party delivery against SOWs and acceptance criteria.
• Identify delivery slippage and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate cutover, close-readiness, reconciliation, and handoff to FinTech/Finance teams.
• Provide milestone and status reporting across projects.
• Surface risks, dependencies, and decisions to leadership.
• Develop and maintain dependency maps across upstream/downstream systems.
• Coordinate dependencies involving tax engines, billing, revenue platforms, and RPA.
• Ensure system conflicts are addressed within the integrated delivery plan.
