Virtual Labs in the United States is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and end-to-end M&A integration initiatives.

You will coordinate IT PMO, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain leaders, delivering complex ERP transformations with minimal business disruption and scalable playbooks for post-merger integration.

The role requires 8+ years in IT project management and strong Oracle Fusion experience, with a track record of successful acquisitions integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT Project/Program Management in enterprise software.
• 5+ years leading Oracle ERP initiatives with Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Proven IT M&A integration experience across diligence to platform migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud programs (Financials, SCM, EPM) from discovery to cutover.
• Coordinate cross-functional tracks with IT PMO, Finance, HR and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Manage IT diligence, TSA, and Day 1 readiness for acquired entities.
• Drive program governance, SOX ITGC controls, and risk assessments.
• Oversee budgets, SOWs, and vendor partnerships with SI teams.
• Develop M&A playbooks, templates, and repeatable onboarding runbooks.
• Lead OCM efforts and hypercare to ensure rapid user adoption post‑go-live.
