Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Oracle Fusion ERP implementation on a contract basis. The role is remote, with focus on planning, governance, and delivery excellence in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities include leading ERP workstreams, maintaining integrated plans, managing risks and changes, and coordinating cross-functional teams including vendors and business leaders.

Qualifications

• /Direct Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience/
• /Experience in financial services, banking, or credit union./
• /Experience supporting finance, accounting, procurement, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, or general ledger processes./
• /Significant experience leading complex enterprise technology or business transformation projects./
• /Hands-on project planning and governance./
• /Proven experience delivering with Azure DevOps./
• /Background blending traditional PM with Agile delivery./
• /Experience working with Scrum teams without acting exclusively as Scrum Master./
• /Executive communication, collaboration, and adaptability./
• /Experience partnering with system integrators, enterprise software vendors, or implementation partners./
• /Familiarity with Clarity or Clarity PPM is helpful but not required./

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned workstreams within an Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage project risks, issues, decisions, actions, and change requests.
• Coordinate work across business, technology, finance, procurement, and vendor teams.
• Drive project execution and accountability across multiple stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful completion of project deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Create and maintain governance artifacts and executive reports.
• Track project progress and delivery performance using Azure DevOps.
• Maintain accurate project data to support executive decision-making and reporting.
