Integrity, Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Project Manager with Oracle Federal Financials expertise to lead complex federal finance system initiatives. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with federal requirements.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget in a hybrid Washington, DC environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, including leading enterprise system implementations.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Federal Financials (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Budget Execution, Treasury integration).
• Demonstrated experience producing a bureau-wide/agency-wide/Department-wide budget formulation product
• Demonstrated experience supporting federal agencies; Department of Commerce experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of federal financial processes and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management in support of Oracle Federal Financials implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with federal stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, functional users, and executive leadership.
• Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, briefings, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
