ITegrity, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Oracle Federal Financials to lead complex federal financial system initiatives in a hybrid Washington, DC area setting.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end projects, coordinating with federal stakeholders, developing plans and budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. 10+ years experience preferred with Department of Commerce exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience including leading enterprise system implementations.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience with Oracle Federal Financials (GL, AP, AR, Budget Execution, Treasury integration).
• Experience producing bureau/agency/Department-wide budgets.
• Experience supporting federal agencies; Department of Commerce experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of federal financial processes and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Oracle Federal Financials to support and deliver complex financial system initiatives for federal clients. The ideal candidate brings a balanced combination of project management expertise and functional knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials, with experience supporting agencies such as the Department of Commerce highly preferred. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage cross-functional teams, provide exemplary customer service, ensure compliance with federal financial regulations, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or R12 implementations in federal environments.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience working in a consulting or government contracting environment.

Clearance Requirements:

Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (active clearance preferred).

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
