Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority technology initiatives. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, while adhering to PMO governance.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, and mentor PMO staff, guiding multi-year programs across enterprise tech and business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management leading technology projects and cross-functional initiatives, including business transformation programs.
• Experience with Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or related initiatives (HCM, Financials, SCM).
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Oracle Primavera Cloud, and integrating legacy systems with new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects and programs, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests across project lifecycle.
• Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
