Oracle's Federal Consulting division seeks a Lead Federal Project Manager to independently lead multiple initiatives end-to-end across planning, execution, adoption and closure. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, coordinate owners, and drive decisions across organizational boundaries to deliver results.

This role requires an experienced leader who thrives in Federal program environments, navigates ambiguity, and communicates effectively with senior leaders and diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of experience in project management or program leadership.
• Experience in Federal program governance and coordinating contract, security, or compliance requirements.
• Strong planning, risk management, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive reporting.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex FTO projects across delivery, operations, technology, reporting, and transformation enablement.
• Translate program priorities into clear problem statements, scope, deliverables, schedules, and ownership.
• Apply the FTO request management process for intake, triage, ownership, action, and resolution.
• Drive project plan execution with cross-functional sessions, milestone reviews, and risk management.
• Maintain Jira records and provide a reliable progress view for governance forums.
• Prepare executive updates and materials for governance forums and VA readouts; communicate risks and decisions.
