Job summary

i360technologies, Inc. in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking an experienced Oracle Federal Financials Functional Lead to bridge core FS capabilities with federal business requirements. You will guide functional analysis, process reengineering, SOP development, and readiness demonstrations for a multi-agency government environment.

The role requires 7+ years of federal FM ERP experience, Oracle EBS 12.x expertise, and knowledge of A-123, CFO Act, and FASAB standards. Public Trust clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of federal financial management ERP experience.
• Experience leading Oracle ERP implementations (EBS 12.x) in CFO Act environments.
• Knowledge of OMB Circular A-123, CFO Act, FASAB.
• Experience with multi-agency shared services and multi-tenant SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis to map legacy FM to Core FS and identify gaps.
• Drive business process reengineering for GL, AP, AR, budgeting, cost, reporting.
• Define SOPs and internal controls; govern solution demos and readiness.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, and data model planning.
• Coordinate training curricula and migration readiness.
• Support audits and DATA Act responses.
• Participate in PMO governance and risk reporting.
