Job summary

Oracle, in Washington, DC, is seeking a senior Project Manager for a high-visibility Federal healthcare modernization program. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience managing complex data migrations, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Oracle organizations.

You will drive schedule, cost, and scope, oversee cross-functional teams, and report to executive leadership. Travel up to 25% for DC-area engagements.

Qualifications

• At least 4-year Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in enterprise software deployment.
• 5+ years in Healthcare IS/IT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of enterprise Federal healthcare data migration objectives.
• Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and within scope.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including schedule management and resource assignments.
• Provide oversight for multiple teams across Oracle organizations and partners.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status and health of projects.
• Work with clients and vendors to ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with data migration teams to align delivery processes.
• Coordinate with Oracle Health delivery teams and PMO on IMS updates and executive presentations.
• Document, brief, and scale risks and issues; plan mitigation strategies.
• Communicate processes to team members and ensure adherence.
• This role requires a motivated self-starter with clarity under ambiguity.
• This role requires strong schedule, risk and issue management.
• Travel up to 25% (DC metro area).
