Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a seasoned engineer to enhance, configure, and operate Oracle EPM and ERP Financials, with deep ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS experience. The role partners with US and India teams to deliver reconciliations, consolidations, data governance and reporting solutions.

We expect strong judgment, technical leadership, and the ability to influence architecture and integration design across global teams for reliable, scalable financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering required.
• 7-10 years engineering experience across Oracle EPM Cloud (ARCS, FCCS) and ERP Financials General Ledger.
• Experience with US and offshore teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering projects to enhance, configure, and support Oracle EPM applications and their integration with Oracle ERP General Ledger.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers and influencing EPM/ERP technology decisions.
• Evaluate and apply EPM/ERP strategies across reconciliation, consolidation, close, data management, and reporting.
• Develop configurations, integrations, and automation across ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS, and ERP GL.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation and architecture descriptions for stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
