Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM specialist to lead design, development, and implementation across Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE within the EPM SaaS suite. The role demands extensive multidimensional knowledge and leadership of a distributed team to deliver scalable planning solutions.

The candidate will translate business requirements into technical specs, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and ensure quality deliverables within project timelines.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience designing, developing, customizing, testing, and implementing Oracle Cloud EPM services (OCI IaaS/PaaS, Essbase, EPM SaaS).
• Proficient with Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.x, FDMEE, and Hyperion Financial Reports.
• Deep understanding of multidimensional concepts and large Essbase design/development.
• Extensive experience with Hyperion Forms, Task Lists, menus, and smart lists.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and solution architecture into technical specs.
• Maintain effective communication within team and with leadership and other IT groups.
• Produce high-quality engineering deliverables on project timelines.
• Build and unit test project designs to detailed specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers.
• Lead a team of developers across multiple locations/time zones.
