Job summary

Mastercard in Purchase, New York is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to manage Hyperion Planning and Essbase projects and deliver scalable financial systems solutions for global partners. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, lead a team onsite and offshore, and collaborate with FP&A, Tax and HR to drive budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills and may involve travel; a base salary range is published and competitive benefits

Qualifications

Experience implementing Hyperion Planning and Essbase in a complex environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant certifications.
Completed and led Hyperion Planning full cycle implementations.
Ability to build relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, develop, test and implement Hyperion planning/ Essbase applications and reporting products.
Provide business support for budgeting, forecasting, profitability analytics and reporting systems.
Monitor system environment and drive performance improvements.
Lead small to medium projects with business and technology stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships and monitor SLA/KPIs.
