Job summary

EY Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Specialist to lead delivery of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE solutions within our Global Planning & Budgeting portfolio. The role requires deep Oracle Cloud EPM expertise, multi-location team leadership, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs.

You will mentor developers and drive best practices across global teams.

Qualifications

• Over 13 years delivering Oracle EPM solutions including OCI, Essbase and Enterprise Planning.
• Proven experience with Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.x, FDMEE and Hyperion Financial Reporting.
• Hands-on design, development, and maintenance of Essbase databases and outlines.
• Strong understanding of multidimensional concepts and batch scripting.
• Experience with global Hyperion implementations and large project teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements and design into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Provide leadership to a team of developers across multiple locations and time zones.
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles and development standards.
• Provide guidance and contribute to project planning, risk mitigation, and QA.
• Develop and deliver technical systems with thorough documentation.
