Job summary

JCW Group is seeking a Lead Oracle EPM / Hyperion Business Systems Analyst for its Global Business Services Center Systems team in Purchase, NY. You will serve as the functional and technical expert across budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting platforms.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud experience and has led at least one full-cycle implementation with cross-functional and executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM technologies in global environments.
• Strong experience developing, implementing, and enhancing Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud strongly preferred.
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to at least one full-cycle Hyperion or Oracle EPM implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EPM/Hyperion implementations and support across global environments.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, HR and Technology to deliver budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into sustainable system solutions.

JCW has partnered with a leading global payments and technology company seeking a Lead Oracle EPM / Hyperion Business Systems Analyst to join their Global Business Services Center Systems team in Purchase, New York. This person will serve as a functional and technical expert across the firm's financial planning and reporting platforms, partnering closely with FP&A, Tax, Human Resources, and Technology to deliver scalable solutions for budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud and has played a meaningful role in at least one full-cycle implementation. You can translate complex business requirements into sustainable system solutions, manage deliverables across onsite, offshore, and third-party resources, and build trusted relationships with senior finance stakeholders including C-suite leadership. Executive presence and strong communication skills are non-negotiable in this role.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM technologies in complex global environments
• Strong experience developing, implementing, and enhancing Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud strongly preferred
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to at least one full-cycle Hyperion or Oracle EPM implementation
• Experience supporting an on-premises to cloud migration strongly preferred
• Proficiency in calculation scripts, business rules, allocation models, Smart View, Financial Reporting, and data integrations
• Experience coordinating across onsite, offshore, and third-party resources and managing vendor relationships against SLAs
• Relevant certifications such as Hyperion, Essbase, Oracle EPM Cloud, PMP, or Six Sigma a plus
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
