Job description

We are seeking a Senior EPBCS Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud to design, develop, and support enterprise planning and budgeting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support EPBCS applications for planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Build and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, and forecasting models
• Develop and optimize data integration workflows using Data Management and REST APIs
• Integrate EPBCS with Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and other enterprise systems
• Use Groovy scripting for automation, calculations, and data transformations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with root cause analysis
• Optimize application performance, data loads, and reporting processes
• Support reporting, dashboards, UAT, deployment, and production support
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Work in Agile/DevOps environments and ensure best practices and governance

Required Skills

• 7–10+ years of EPBCS/Oracle EPM Cloud experience
• Strong experience in Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting modules
• Knowledge of FCCS, PCMCS, and ARCS
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM integrations
• Hands‑on expertise in Groovy scripting (mandatory)
• Experience with REST APIs and Data Management
• Strong understanding of financial planning, data modeling, and reporting
