Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst, Financial Systems - Oracle EPBCS to manage day-to-day administration of the planning tool and support business processes.

The role involves metadata management, production support, end-user training, and collaboration with implementation teams to deliver solutions. The position requires strong Oracle EPBCS and Essbase expertise, plus in-depth knowledge of planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years' experience administering Oracle Planning solutions.
• Experience as an Oracle EPBCS and Essbase techno-functional expert.
• High proficiency in Smart View and the Planning Reports module.
• Knowledge of EPM Automate, business rules, and Groovy scripting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual planning, monthly forecasting, and close process activities from a system perspective using Oracle PBCS.
• Owns EPBCS metadata configuration and maintenance.
• Designs, develops, executes, and monitors system enhancements, including forms, templates, reports, dashboards, calculations, and business rules for finance.
• Manage batch data load processes and coordinate data integrity.
