Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst for Financial Systems specializing in Oracle EPBCS. You will own day-to-day planning tool administration, manage metadata, provide end-user training, and support implementation teams to deliver robust solutions.

You will oversee annual planning, forecasting, and close processes, design system enhancements, and ensure secure, compliant operations across environments. Strong communication and finance domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 6 years’ experience administering Oracle Planning solutions.
• Experience as an Oracle EPBCS and Essbase techno-functional expert.
• High proficiency in Smart View and the Planning Reports module.
• Understanding of EPM Automate, business rules, and Groovy scripting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual planning, monthly forecasting, and close processes from a system perspective.
• Own EPBCS metadata configuration and maintenance; design and monitor enhancements.
• Manage batch data loads and application support; troubleshoot end users’ challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build artifacts.
• Manage migrations across DEV, TEST & PROD; develop enhancement testing and docs.
• Oversee security audits and monthly Oracle software updates; train end users.
