GXO Logistics seeks a Lead Analyst, Financial Systems to own day-to-day administration of Oracle EPBCS, manage metadata, and support end users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, reports, and dashboards that improve financial planning and decision making.

The role requires at least 6 years of Oracle Planning experience, strong Smart View skills, and a drive for continuous improvement in technology and processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent related work/military experience.
• 6+ years’ experience administering Oracle Planning solutions.
• Experience as an Oracle EPBCS and Essbase techno-functional expert.
• High proficiency in Smart View and the Planning Reports module.
• Understanding of EPM Automate, business rules, and Groovy scripting.

Mansioni

• Oversee annual planning, monthly forecasting, and close processes from a system perspective in Oracle PBCS.
• Manage EPBCS metadata configuration and maintenance.
• Design and implement system enhancements including forms, templates, reports, dashboards, calculations, and business rules.
