Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst, Financial Systems - Oracle EPBCS to own day-to-day administration of the planning tool, manage metadata, provide production support, and deliver end-user training.

You’ll partner with finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable EPBCS solutions and ensure accurate monthly close. The role demands deep Oracle EPM/EPBCS expertise, strong Excel skills, and a track record in Hyperion Planning or EPBCS implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent
• Approximately 6 years of experience administering Oracle Planning solutions
• Expertise as an Oracle EPBCS and Essbase techno-functional specialist
• Strong Excel and Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with Hyperion Planning or EPBCS full life cycle development
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud EPM solutions including Profitability and Cost Management, Narrative Reporting, Financial Consolidation and Close, Enterprise Data Management
• Knowledge of financial statements and close processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual planning, monthly forecasting, and close processes from a system perspective
• Manage EPBCS metadata configuration and maintenance
• Designs, develops, executes, and monitors system enhancements: forms, templates, reports, dashboards, calculations, and business rules
• Manage batch data load processes
• Manage application support - troubleshoot and resolve challenges faced by business end users
• Develops enhancement testing and maintains comprehensive system documentation
• Oversee security maintenance and audits; manage monthly Oracle updates
• Provide end-user training and drive system adoption
• Liaise between software vendor and end user to troubleshoot system issues
