GXO Logistics in Atlanta seeks a Lead Analyst, Financial Systems to own Oracle EPBCS administration and deliver system enhancements. You will manage metadata, provide training, gather requirements, and support implementation teams, while overseeing planning, forecasting, and monthly close from a financial systems perspective.

The role requires expertise in Oracle planning solutions, Smart View, and related Oracle cloud EPM tools, with a strong background in financial statements and data

Qualifikationen

• 6 years’ experience administering Oracle Planning solutions
• Experience as an Oracle EPBCS and Essbase techno-functional expert
• High proficiency in Smart View and the Planning Reports module
• Knowledge of financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with full life cycle development of Hyperion Planning or EPBCS solutions

As the

Lead Analyst, Financial Systems

- Oracle EPBCS, you will leverage your Oracle EPM Cloud skills to own the day-to-day administration of the planning tool. Oversee the annual planning, monthly forecasting, and close process activities from a system perspective, applying business expertise and functional knowledge in administering Oracle PBCS.Owns EPBCS metadata configuration and maintenanceDesigns, develops, executes, and monitors system enhancements, including custom forms, templates, reports, dashboards, calculations, and business rules to optimize the platform for financial processes and decision-makingManage batch data load processesManage application support - troubleshoot and resolve challenges faced by business end users to perform root cause analysisResponsible for design and development of minor application enhancements:Build application artifacts (forms, rules, reports, etc.)Manage code and object migrations across environments (DEV, TEST & PROD)Develops Enhancement testing and maintains comprehensive system documentationResponsible for managing other activities, but not limited to:Oversee security maintenance and audits to ensure compliance with all appropriate regulationsManage regular testing of monthly software updates from Oracle to ensure optimal functionality and provide clear communication of changesProvides training and support to end users, driving system adoption and proficiencyLiaise between software vendor and end user to troubleshoot system issues
