Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst, Financial Systems - Oracle EPBCS to own the day-to-day administration of the planning tool and lead metadata maintenance.

You will provide production support, end-user training, and work with stakeholders to deliver solutions that optimize financial planning processes. The role requires expertise in Oracle EPBCS, Essbase, Smart View, EPM Automate and Groovy scripting, with strong collaboration across finance and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent
• 6 years’ experience administering Oracle Planning solutions
• Experience as an Oracle EPBCS and Essbase techno-functional expert
• High proficiency in Smart View and the Planning Reports module
• Understanding of EPM Automate, business rules, and Groovy scripting

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administration of Oracle EPBCS from a system perspective
• Manage metadata configuration and maintenance
• Develop and deliver end-user training on Oracle EPBCS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Design, build, and monitor system enhancements, reports, dashboards, and business rules
• Manage code and migrations across DEV, TEST, PROD environments
