Job summary

SMX seeks accomplished Associates to develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite applications. You will write PL/SQL scripts, configure modules, and troubleshoot issues, supporting business processes and data integrity.

Collaboration with functional teams and experience with data migration and integrations are essential. Required are SQL/PLSQL proficiency, Oracle EBS knowledge (GL, Cash Management, Treasury), and a solid SDLC background.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust (sponsor dependent).
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL with Oracle EBS development tools.
• Oracle EBS core financials knowledge (GL, Cash Management, Treasury).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues.
• Understanding of business processes in areas like AP, AR, GL.
• Experience with SDLC and data integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience; postgraduate study may substitute.
• Oracle APEX experience (or similar report writer).
• Oracle E-Business Suite R12 experience.
• Procurement and projects costing module experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Oracle EBS applications, reports, extensions, and workflows.
• Build and maintain interfaces for data migration and integration with other systems (XML Publisher/APIs).
• Provide day-to-day technical support and root-cause analysis for the EBS environment.
• Perform system analysis, upgrades, and ensure performance, stability, and data integrity.
• Conduct functional testing and debugging of RICE components.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all development processes and solutions.
