Job summary

JTEC Consulting LLC is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer to support sustainment, enhancement, and integration tasks for a federal MRO program. You will work with Agile/Scrum teams on production defect resolution, enhancements, and interfaces across EBS R12 MRO, SCM, and Financials.

The role requires hands-on PL/SQL, APEX, OBIEE, and experience with interfaces in a DevSecOps environment. Remote from a U.S.-based location; security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 techno-functional development across MRO modules or Financials.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, database object development, and Oracle APIs/packages.
• Experience with interfaces and middleware integrations including SOA and web services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Oracle EBS R12 development, Tier 3 production support, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution for MRO modules.
• Design, build, modify, and support CEMLI objects using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and APIs.
• Develop Oracle APEX applications, views, and OBIEE reporting integrated with EBS.
• Maintain and troubleshoot inbound/outbound interfaces and web services between EBS and external systems.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps, functional leads, and government users to execute tests and manage SRs.
• Participate in agile Scrum processes and maintain project task status in Jira/Kanban.
