Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional development with Oracle EBS Financial/Manufacturing/Support modules.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or OCI API.
• Advanced PL/SQL, Java, and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF).
• Experience with Oracle Reporting tools and SOA integration frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal English communication in government/contractor contexts.
• Self-driven, able to work independently in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on development to support OCI-hosted environments and OCI-based integrations.
• Support design, development, and break-fix activities for Oracle R12 Financial, Supply, and MRO solutions.
• Work with scrum teams to deliver configuration and development in iterative sprints.
• Assist with estimates, DoR/Ready criteria, and product backlog item breakdown.
