Job summary

JTEC Consulting LLC is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Oracle EBS Developer to support a federal MRO program with Agile/Scrum teams. The role covers Oracle EBS R12 modules (Maintenance, SCM, Financials) and interfaces across PL/SQL, APEX, and OBIEE, with a focus on design, development, and integration.

Qualified candidates will hold a current Secret clearance, be a U.S. citizen, and work remotely from a U.S.-based location.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship; no dual citizenship.
Current Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on Oracle EBS R12 development, Tier 3 production support, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution for Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Financial modules.
Design, build, modify, and support CEMLI objects (Customizations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Interfaces) using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and APIs.
Design, develop, and test Oracle APEX applications, custom database views, application security features, and OBIEE reporting integrated with Oracle EBS.
Maintain and troubleshoot inbound/outbound interfaces, web services, and automated workflows between Oracle EBS and external government systems.
Collaborate with DevSecOps teams, functional leads, and government super-users to execute unit testing, apply patches, and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
