Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Typically, 5-7 years of relevant experience in consulting, technology transformation, enterprise applications, or program delivery.
• At least 5-7 years of experience serving as an Engagement Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience delivering Oracle product suites within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience managing large delivery teams, budgets, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engagement Manager for complex Oracle transformation programs and client engagements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver business and technology outcomes across Oracle products and industries.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives and sponsors.
• Establish governance, delivery controls, and performance measures.
• Monitor engagement health and drive actions to improve quality and transparency.
• Own engagement financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, and margin management.
• Mitigate risks and resolve delivery issues and escalations.
• Lead workforce planning and talent development across engagements.
• Provide executive reporting, insights, and recommendations to EY leadership.
• Leverage AI, automation, and delivery accelerators to enhance outcomes.
• Support business development activities and client pursuits.
• Contribute to Delivery Excellence thought leadership and capability development.
