Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Excellence leader to drive successful Oracle engagements across a national footprint. You will lead governance, financial stewardship, and performance across complex programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to ensure predictable, profitable delivery.

Key responsibilities include engagement management, risk mitigation, resource planning, and leveraging AI/delivery accelerators to enhance outcomes. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Typically 5–7 years in consulting, technology transformation, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience leading Oracle-enabled transformations and programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Manager for complex Oracle transformation programs and client engagements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Oracle products, technologies, and industries.
• Own engagement financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, and margins.
• Establish governance, monitoring, risk mitigation, and stakeholder transparency.
• Provide executive reporting, insights, and recommendations to EY leadership.
