Job summary

EY seeks a Delivery Excellence leader to drive successful Oracle engagements with governance, financial stewardship, and stakeholder management. You’ll lead diverse teams, optimize resources, and ensure predictable, profitable outcomes across complex transformation programs.

You will apply delivery excellence principles, oversee engagement health, and provide expert reporting to EY and client leadership, while leveraging AI and automation to accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, CS, engineering or related field.
• Typically 5–7 years in consulting, technology transformation, program delivery or related field.
• At least 5–7 years in Engagement Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Lead or equivalent.
• Experience leading Oracle-enabled business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience delivering Oracle product suites in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience managing large delivery teams, budgets, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience applying various delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Manager for complex Oracle transformation programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver Oracle products and outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and sponsors.
• Establish governance, controls, and performance measures.
• Monitor engagement health and drive quality, predictability, transparency.
• Own engagement financial performance including forecasting and margin management.
• Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve escalations.
• Lead workforce planning, resource management, and talent development.
• Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations.
• Leverage AI, automation, and accelerators to improve delivery.
• Support business development, pursuits, proposals, and account growth.
