Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Excellence leader to drive successful Oracle engagements across the US. You will lead cross‑functional teams, govern engagements, manage budgets and risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes with executive visibility.

You will apply delivery excellence principles across the engagement lifecycle, forecast financials, optimize resources, and guide stakeholders to ensure profitable, predictable outcomes, while leveraging AI and automation to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant consulting, technology transformation, or program delivery experience.
• Proven experience in Engagement Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar leadership roles.
• Experience leading large Oracle-enabled transformation programs in complex environments.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, revenue, and margins for engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Manager for complex Oracle transformation programs and client engagements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver business and technology outcomes across Oracle products and industries.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Establish governance and performance measures to support successful outcomes.
• Monitor engagement health and drive actions to improve quality, predictability and transparency.
• Own engagement financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, and margin management.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve delivery risks, issues, and escalations.
• Lead workforce planning and talent development across engagements.
• Provide executive reporting, insights, and recommendations to EY leadership.
• Leverage AI, automation and accelerators to enhance delivery outcomes.
