Job summary

You will lead distributed teams, manage stakeholders, apply delivery accelerators, and support business development—travel up to 60% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Typically 5–7 years of consulting and delivery experience.
• Experience as Engagement Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead in large programs.
• Experience with Oracle product suites in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience managing large delivery teams and budgets.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Manager for complex Oracle transformation programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Oracle products, technologies, and industries.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives and sponsors.
• Establish governance, delivery controls, and performance measures.
• Monitor engagement health and drive actions to improve quality and transparency.
• Own engagement financial performance including budgets and margins.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve delivery risks and escalations.
• Lead workforce planning and talent development across engagements.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to client and EY leadership.
• Leverage AI, automation, and delivery accelerators to enhance performance.
• Support business development activities and account growth initiatives.
• Contribute to Delivery Excellence thought leadership and capability growth.
