• Monitor engagement health and drive action to improve quality and transparency.
• Own engagement financial performance including forecasting and margins.
• Mitigate risks, issues and dependencies; manage escalations.
• Lead workforce planning and talent development across engagements.
• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Leverage AI, automation, and delivery accelerators to boost performance.
• Support business development activities and client presentations.
• Contribute to Delivery Excellence thought leadership and capabilities.
