Qualifications

• 7-10+ years managing Oracle Cloud (HCM, FIN, SCM, EPM, ERP) implementation projects.
• Experience leading multi-year, multi-phase and complex Oracle Cloud engagements.
• Public Sector (city/state/local government) and/or K12 schools project experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve cross-team challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IBM rapid and complex Oracle Cloud project engagements.
• Engage with IBM project team members and client stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly project status reporting for project PMO and stakeholders.
• Manage project resources and timeline to established budget.
• Assist with business development initiatives including presentations.
