Job summary

Calance in Baldwin Park, CA is seeking an HRIS Systems Analyst III to serve as a technical resource for HR and business stakeholders, owning Oracle Cloud HCM modules, system enhancements, troubleshooting, upgrades, and testing.

You will develop complex reports with OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI, coordinate with HR functional experts, automate processes, and stay current with Oracle Cloud HCM features while delivering end-user training.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules and reporting tools.
• Direct Oracle Cloud HCM experience required with multiple module support.
• Strong SQL and Oracle Fast Formula development skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and manage Oracle Cloud HCM modules and changes.
• Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI, BIP, and FDI.
• Provide production support and issue resolution for HRIS systems.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to define requirements.
• Automate HR processes and stay current with Oracle updates.
