Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an experienced HRIS Systems Analyst in Irvine, CA to partner with HR and business stakeholders on Oracle Cloud HCM modules. The role focuses on configuration, development, testing, and production support to enhance processes and user experience.

Responsibilities include building complex reports with OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI; audits; upgrades; and automation of HR workflows while maintaining data integrity and ensuring smooth system operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience, considered.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification, strongly preferred.
• Direct Oracle Cloud HCM experience required, including 5-7 years configuring, developing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• 5-7 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and multiple modules, including Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Absence Management, and HCM Analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI).
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle Fast Formula development.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and independently manage multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Understand and evaluate the impact of system changes across HCM modules and enterprise processes.
• Perform system maintenance, including testing, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Absence Management, HCM Analytics).
• Develop complex reports and queries using OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and FDI.
• Create standard and custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards meeting business needs; maintain data integrity.
