Job summary

Ledgent Technology in San Dimas, CA seeks a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst for a direct-hire, 100% onsite role. You will configure, administer, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM modules, collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions and support upgrades and analytics.

The candidate should have 5–7 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience, strong SQL and reporting skills (OTBI, BIP, FDI), and Oracle Cloud HCM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience across multiple modules.
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Absence, and Analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle Fast Formula development; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM modules across HR processes and enterprise systems.
• Support Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession, Performance, Absence, and Analytics.
• Develop complex reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI.
• Partner with HR/business teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, support upgrades, and drive improvements.
• Leverage Oracle tools (Fast Formulas, Flows, Value Sets, HCM Extracts) to automate processes.
• Create user documentation and training materials to promote adoption.
• Conduct data audits and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
