Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Enterprise HCM Administrator to support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent.

You will manage Oracle security, release and environment management, production support, and work with HR, IT, Security and vendors to deliver reliable HCM solutions. This is a hybrid role requiring proximity to Jacksonville, FL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of enterprise HCM application administration experience.
• Minimum 5+ years supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• 5+ years of Oracle security administration, release management, environment management, and production support.
• 8+ Experience supporting U.S.-based HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent organizations.
• 5+ Experience operating in a highly controlled enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent functions.
• Manage Oracle HCM security roles, access, provisioning, and periodic access reviews.
• Support Oracle quarterly releases, testing, impact assessments, and production deployment activities.
• Manage HCM environments, configurations, migrations, and change control processes.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with Oracle and external vendors.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable HCM solutions.
• Maintain SaaS governance, compliance, audit controls, and SOX-related documentation.
• Monitor system health, document procedures, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
