Job Description: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Lead

Location: New York City, NY

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Lead to drive the technical delivery of an end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. The consultant will lead technical design, integrations, data migration, reporting, and deployment activities while coordinating with client stakeholders, functional teams, and offshore resources. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, particularly Oracle Cloud HCM Global Payroll, along with proven technical leadership and client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical workstream for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and serve as the primary onsite technical point of contact.
• Design, develop, and maintain HCM integrations, data interfaces, reports, extracts, and conversion programs.
• Work extensively with HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Design and support inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications.
• Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integration development, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage technical data migration, reconciliation, system integration testing (SIT), end-to-end testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, client IT teams, and offshore technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Resolve complex issues related to integrations, reporting, data loads, and production environments.
• Support HCM modules including Core HR, Global Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
• Work on Oracle Redwood UI enhancements and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) personalizations and extensions.
• Provide technical guidance, manage deliverables, and maintain effective communication with client stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Global Payroll.
• 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.
• Expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula.
• Experience developing and supporting REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong technical leadership and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Oracle Redwood and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• HCM data migration, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
