Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM lead to drive the data model, conversions, integrations, and reporting for the HR transformation. You will partner with HRIC, IT, and Payroll to ensure a smooth cutover and scalable design.

The role requires deep Oracle Cloud HCM technical expertise, strong communication, and a track record of delivering complex HR systems projects across multiple domains. MO/IL/ TX locations may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years' progressive experience in a related field including Oracle HCM Cloud technical experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, SQL, HDL, BI Publisher, integrations and Fast Formulas.
• Strong knowledge of HR/payroll data conversion and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration architecture decisions across the Oracle Cloud HCM conversion.
• Collaborate with the HR Information Systems team for configuration changes and testing.
• Define target-state design—data model, conversions, integrations, and Fast Formulas.
• Mentor HRIC analysts and developers to sustain capability post go-live.
