Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to support our growing Fusion/Utilities environment. This role is hands-on, collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver enterprise cloud solutions and integrations.

You will configure, extend, and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, participate in data conversion, testing, and knowledge transfer with partners, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle Developer experience in enterprise applications.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, Security.
• Hands-on with enterprise implementations or major platform transitions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related applications.
• Work with functional business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and help maintain system reliability.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
• Work with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term application support.
