Job summary

Eurofins USA seeks an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to perform a comprehensive health check of our HCM Cloud environment, emphasizing Payroll and Benefits. You will guide configuration, compliance, and optimization to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.

The role reports to HR leadership; you will engage cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance, delivering actionable recommendations and a final health-check report.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience working directly with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Hands-on payroll and benefits expertise within HCM.
• Experience conducting system assessments, audits, or health checks.
• Full HCM lifecycle implementations or post-go-live optimization.
• Ability to handle confidential information with strong stakeholder engagement.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic reviews of the Oracle Cloud HCM system focusing on Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Evaluate configuration against Oracle best practices and benchmarks.
• Assess payroll/benefits workflows for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for automation.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and guide process improvements with IT teams.
• Review integrations with vendors, GL, and benefits carriers.
• Provide SME guidance and present findings to senior leadership.
